Terms of Service

1. About V-Star Ops

V-Star Ops is a business operations platform (inventory, orders, dispatch, exhibitions) available at vstarops.com, operated by Anant Goyal. By creating an account and using the service you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business. By registering, you confirm this.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information at registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
• Notify us immediately at anantkgoyal@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription and payment

Access to V-Star Ops is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycle, and payment method are agreed separately between you and us and documented in the agreement or invoice provided to you before your account is activated.

Failure to pay within 30 days of the due date may result in suspension of your account until payment is received.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use V-Star Ops for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the software
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Share your account credentials with anyone outside your organisation

6. Your data

All business data you enter into V-Star Ops (products, orders, customers, etc.) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep V-Star Ops available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V-Star Ops and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days’ written notice by email. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms.

On termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days during which you may request an export, after which it will be deleted.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
